Founder and partner Aart Bouwmeester has worked in high-profile programmes for organisations such as ABN AMRO, Ahold, ING, Rabobank and TNT in which the main focus was sustainable development. Partner Henny van Egmond moved into business in 1996 after a successful career in journalism. At Rabobank Nederland he was given responsibility for the internal media and developed into an expert (Master in Change Management) in complex organisational and change issues.
